Henna Kotilainen (M. Sc. Econ.) has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and member of the Leadership Team of Admicom Oyj (“Admicom”) starting in her new role 1. September 2025.

Henna Kotilainen holds a Master's degree in Economics.

Previously, she has held various management positions in several Finnish companies, most recently KONE. In her previous role as Director, Modernization Transformation & Growth, she has been leading the transformation of KONE’s modernization business.
