The Board of Directors of Admicom Oyj ("Admicom" or the "Company") has decided to cancel all treasury shares held by the company, in total 80,293 shares. The number of shares to be cancelled corresponds to 1.6% of the total number of shares and votes in the company. The cancellation has no effect on the company's share capital.
Of the shares held by the company, 77,773 were repurchased through the share buyback program, the commencement of which Admicom announced on March 2, 2026. The end of the purchase programme was announced on March 24, 2026.
After the cancellation, the total number of shares in Admicom will be 4,939,283. The cancellation takes effect when it is entered in the Trade Register.
