Karnov Group (Nasdaq: KAR) today announces a new composition of the Group management. The purpose of the change is to ensure the right foundation for further European growth while keeping strong focus on developing the existing businesses in Region South and Region North.
The change strengthens the Nordic region with the appointment of a new CEO for Region North, Alexandra Åquist, previously CEO of Norstedts Juridik. She will assume this role from the 1 April 2023, covering the Danish and Swedish markets.
In Region South, Guillaume Deroubaix will assume the position as CEO Region South as of the 9 April 2023, covering the French, Spanish and Portuguese markets.
Besides a focus on maintaining and developing strong regional businesses, Karnov Group wants to increase focus on the European growth agenda as well as strategic priorities. To secure this, two new executive roles have been created.- Niels Munk Hansen, previously CEO of Karnov Group Denmark, will assume the role of Chief Strategic Development Officer,
- Jonathan Minzari, previously Chief Stand Alone Companies, M&A and Strategy Officer, will assume the role of Chief Emerging Ventures and M&A Officer
- Pontus Bodelsson, President and Group CEO
- Leif Mårtensson, Interim CFO (Magnus Hansson new Group CFO as of 1 June 2023)
- Guillaume Deroubaix, CEO Region South
- Alexandra Åquist, CEO Region North
- Anne Nørvang Hansen, Group Content Strategy and Quality
- Charlotte Arup, Group CHRO
- Jan Ullerup, Group CTO
- Niels Munk Hansen, Chief Strategic Development Officer
- Magnus Svernlöv, Executive Manager EHS and Integration Lead Region South
- Jonathan Minzari, Chief Emerging Ventures and M&A Officer
