Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

Entain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting and gaming group, announces that Stella David has been appointed as permanent Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"), effective immediately.

1.     Stella David joined the Board of Entain in March 2021, and has been Interim CEO since February 2025. She has broad experience from her previous roles as CEO of William Grant & Sons, Chair of C&J Clark Ltd and over 15 years in senior positions with Bacardi Ltd, as well as Non Executive roles at Homeserve plc, Nationwide Building Society, Vue International and Domino's Pizza Group.

2.     Stella David will retain her Non-Executive Chair role at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Limited. Stella has previously served as a Non-Executive Director at Homeserve plc and Domino's Pizza Group plc during the previous five years.

3.     Stella David's remuneration remains unchanged as set out in the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts. A summary of the terms which are in line with Entain's shareholder approval Director' Remuneration Policy are as follows:

·      Basic annual salary of £905,000 and a pension allowance of 6% of salary, in line with the maximum employer contribution level available to our UK-based employees.

·      A maximum annual bonus opportunity of 250% of salary and a maximum long term incentive opportunity of 450% of salary, aligned with our Remuneration Policy.
