(NYSE: RJF) (“Raymond James” or the “Company”) today announced the pricing of a registered underwritten public offering of (i) $650,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.900% senior notes due 2035 (the “2035 Notes”) and (ii) $850,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.650% senior notes due 2055 (the “2055 Notes” and, together with the 2035 Notes, the “Notes”). The 2035 Notes will bear interest at a rate of 4.900% per annum and will mature on September 11, 2035. The 2055 Notes will bear interest at a rate of 5.650% per annum and will mature on September 11, 2055. The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on September 11, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
