Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Prosafe SE ("Prosafe" or the "Company") on 18 July 2025 regarding the publication of a prospectus (the "Prospectus") approved by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority for, inter alia, the offering of up to 17,868,651 warrants (the "Warrants") (the "Warrants Offering").

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has today, 30 July 2025, approved a supplement to the Prospectus (the "Prospectus Supplement"). The Prospectus Supplement has been prepared in connection with the guidance for the full year 2025 EBITDA which was announced in the stock exchange announcement made by the Company on 21 July 2025 regarding the completed recapitalization, registration of new share capital and forward-looking statements.
