On 31 August, 2019, Matra Petroleum AB (“Matra”) disclosed that it has been notified by Nasdaq Stockholm (”The Exchange”) that the Exchange has initiated a delisting process, due to non-compliance with applicable listing requirements. The Exchange has today informed Matra about delisting as follows:
The Exchange has in accordance with point 6.2.2 in the current Rulebook for Nasdaq First North Growth Market (”the Rulebook”) and point 6.3 in the Supplement B to the Rulebook decided that the shares in Matra Petroleum AB shall be delisted from Nasdaq First North Nordic Growth Market Stockholm, effective immediately.
