ZAL: Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the offer from Kona BidCo AS (the "Offeror") to acquire all
shares in Zalaris ASA (the "Company") not already owned by the Offeror at an
offer price of NOK 100 per share, announced on 14 September 2026 and which
expired 18 September 2026 (the "Offer").

On 18 September 2026, the Offeror has received acceptances under the Offer for
19,436 Shares. Following these acceptances, the Offeror has received acceptances
for a total of 27,032 shares in the Company in the Offer. In addition, the
Offeror already owns a total of 19,386,642 shares in the Company. Consequently,
subject to final results and due settlement of the shares for which acceptances
are received, the Offeror will own 19,413,674 shares, representing approximately
87.70% of the issued and outstanding share capital and voting rights of the
Company (88.93% adjusted for the Company's holding of own shares).

This notification is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to article
19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
