XXL ASA: Disclosure of large shareholding

Ferd AS has today bought 83,000 shares in XXL ASA (the "Company" or "XXL").
After the transaction, Ferd AS will own 2,464,183 ordinary shares (Class A) in
XXL, representing 12.33% of the votes and 10.00% of the capital in the Company
and consequently crossed the disclosure threshold of 10% of the capital in XXL.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
