Correction is made to the announcement made 19 September 2024 related to the
number of employees participating in the share program for employees and shares
to be transferred.
A total of 448 employees participated in the program.
As part of the program, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA will transfer 12,488 own
WWI class a-shares to employees. Following completion of the transaction, Wilh.
Wilhelmsen Holding ASA will own 950,253 WWI class a-shares and 738,559 WWIB
class b-shares
