Oslo,30 November 2022: Volue has established a share purchase programme for
employees and has offered participants to purchase shares with a subscription
value of NOK 10,000 to NOK 30,000, including a 20% discount. The subscription
period was from 23 November to 30 November 2022. The price per share has been
set at NOK 31.4501, based on the average volume-weighted share price on the Oslo
Stock Exchange from 15 November to 21 November 2022. In total, employees
subscribed for 63 232 shares under the share purchase programme. All shares
subscribed for under the share purchase programme are subject to one-year
lock-up and will be settled with treasury shares. See attachment for the primary
insiders' notification of the transactions in accordance with the Market Abuse
Regulation Article 19.
