Stor-Oslo Eiendom, OBOS Nye Hjem and Veidekke have agreed to continue their good
collaboration on the Frysjaparken project in Oslo. Design work on the 305
apartments in the third stage of construction is now underway, and construction
work will be implemented as sales progress.

and our team further. The Frysja Project is one of our foremost beacons for
innovation with a number of technological innovations in automation and
digitisation. Combined with good planning and operational efficiency, this has
resulted in progress and productivity of the very highest class, says Hans Olav

Between the Nordmarka, Maridalsvannet and Nydalen lies Frysja. Here, industry is
moving out and being replaced by around 900 homes, shops, a primary school,
kindergarten, new infrastructure and parklands. In February 2018 Veidekke began
construction of the initial 154 apartments for Stor-Oslo Eiendom and OBOS, this
was followed in May 2019 with the mission to build a further 225 apartments and
now the process of building the next 305 is underway.

- Frysjaparken is now in the process of establishing itself as a destination and
we are very pleased to continue the good collaboration with Veidekke. We look
forward to developing many new apartments and completing another section

The construction contract is a design and build contract of NOK 850 million
excluding VAT, which will be included in Veidekke's order book when sufficient
