ATHENS, GREECE, April 24, 2020 – Star Bulk Carriers Corp. (the "Company" or
"Star Bulk") (Nasdaq: SBLK, Oslo: SBLK), a global shipping company focusing on
the transportation of dry bulk cargoes announced today that the Company has
terminated its market making agreement with Pareto Securities AS. The last day
of participation will be April 24, 2020. This information is subject of the
disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
