Pursuant to Continuing Obligations section 15.1 (3), Oslo Børs has today passed
the following resolution:

Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Star Bulk Carriers Corp. The
delisting of the shares is pursuant to Continuing Obligations section 15.1 (3)
cf Securities Trading Act § 12-3 (1). On this basis Oslo Børs has on 4. June
2020 made the following resolution: 

"The shares in Star Bulk Carriers Corp. will be delisted from the Oslo Stock
Exchange from 3 August 2020. The last day of listing will be 31 July 2020."
