SpareBank 1 Gruppen's consolidated net profit after tax for the third quarter
and year to date in 2025 were NOK 1.292 (825) million and NOK 3.062 (1.240)
million, respectively. The majority's share of the consolidated net profit after
tax for the third quarter and year to date were NOK 697 (442) million and NOK
1.688 (647) million, respectively.

SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge holds an ownership stake of 19.5 percent in SpareBank 1
Gruppen AS. SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge's share of SpareBank 1 Gruppen's net profit
after tax for the third quarter was NOK 136 (110 proforma) million. SpareBank 1
Sør-Norge's majority share of net profit year to date was NOK 329 (161 proforma)
million.

Fremtind Holding Group, owned 51,44 percent by SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS, reported
a pre-tax profit of NOK 1.503 (1.095) million in the third quarter and NOK 3.492
(1.824) million year to date.

Figures in parentheses indicate the amounts for the corresponding period in
2024.
