On 22 January 2026, an extraordinary meeting of the Supervisory Board/General
Assembly of SpareBank 1 Østlandet was held. The meeting was conducted digitally,
via Teams.

Henriette Jevnaker was elected Board member for the period up to the ordinary
meeting in the Supervisory Board in 2026.

Dag-Einar Sivertsen was elected serving deputy Board member for the period up to
the ordinary meeting in the Supervisory Board in 2027.
