SHELF DRILLING Q4 2023 EARNINGS RELEASE INFORMATION

Dubai, February 27, 2024 - Shelf Drilling, Ltd. ("Shelf Drilling", OSE: SHLF)
and Shelf Drilling (North Sea), Ltd. ("Shelf Drilling North Sea", Euronext
Growth Oslo Exchange: SDNS) will report earnings for the fourth quarter of 2023
on Monday, March 4, 2024. 

An audio conference call will be held to discuss the results.

o Time: 18:00 Gulf Standard Time (GST), 15:00 Central European Time (CET), 14:00
Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), 09:00 Eastern Standard Time (EDT)

A corresponding slide presentation will be posted on the Shelf Drilling website
before the call. The conference call will be recorded and posted onto the
company website within three working days of the conference call.
