Oslo, 10 September 2025: Reference is made to the prospectus dated 2 June 2025
prepared in connection with the listing and offering of the shares in Sentia
ASA ("Sentia" or the "Company") on Euronext Oslo Børs (the "Prospectus"),
which described, inter alia, the planned demerger of Sparhent AS ("Sparhent").

The demerger of Sparhent was completed and registered with the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises on 9 September 2025. Consequently, all
assets, rights and obligations of Sparhent have been transferred in accordance
with the demerger plan dated 16 May 2025. Sparhent will be liquidated and
subsequently deleted from the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Prior to completion, Sparhent held 11,707,985 shares in the Company,
representing approximately 11.7% of the total outstanding shares and voting
rights in the Company. Following the completion of the demerger, personal
shareholders have received their shares in the Company through holding
companies established as part of the demerger (or through their existing
holding companies), while certain corporate shareholders will receive their
shares in connection with the subsequent liquidation of Sparhent.

Following completion of the demerger, Sparhent currently holds 2,328,528
shares and voting rights in the Company, representing approximately 2.3% of
the total outstanding shares and voting rights. The remaining 2,328,528 shares
will be distributed in connection with the subsequent liquidation of Sparhent.
Upon completion of the liquidation, Sparhent will no longer hold any shares or
voting rights in the Company.

All shareholders of Sparhent entered into lock-up undertakings in respect of
the shares received in the Company as part of the demerger, as further
described in the Prospectus.
