26 September 2024 - Reference is made to the announcement published on 27 August
2024 regarding the delisting of the Norwegian Depositary Receipts (the
"Securities") of Salmones Camanchaca S.A. (the "Company") from the Oslo Stock
Exchange.
The Company has today sent an information letter directed towards all holders of
Securities as of 23 September 2024, as registered in Euronext Securities Oslo
("ESO").
The letter, which is also attached hereto in English and Norwegian, contains
important information regarding (i) an offer to purchase Securities, to be made
by the parent company of the Company, Camanchaca S.A., and (ii) the continued
registration of the Securities in the EOS following the delisting of the
Securities from the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Regarding the offer to purchase Securities:
Salmones Camanchaca's parent company Camanchaca S.A., has instructed its broker
to purchase up to 399,183 Securities (which represents all of the remaining
Securities) from 30 September 2024. The purchase price is set to NOK 20,
representing an increase of 11% compared to the last trading price for the
Securities on 26 September 2024).
The offer will be available from 30 September 2024 until 11 October 2024 (the
"Offer Period"). Security holders wishing to sell their Securities to Camanchaca
S.A. must contact their broker to do so through Oslo Stock Exchange's trading
system during the Offer Period.
