SACAM: Change of ISIN - key information: *Corrected dates and temporary change
of ticker code

24 February 2022: Salmones Camanchaca S.A. ("Salmones Camanchaca" or the
"Company") announces that the ISIN for the depository receipts traded on the
Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker code "SACAM" (the "Norwegian Depository
Receipts") will change and that the Norwegian Depository Receipts will trade
under ISIN NO0012451915 according to the time line below:

-	25 February 2022:* The last day the Norwegian Depository Receipts will trade
on the Oslo Stock Exchange under ISIN CL0002409135.
-	28 February 2022:* The first day the Norwegian Depository Receipts will trade
under ISIN NO0012451915 on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
-	1 March 2022:* Record date for ISIN change.

Further, due to technical reasons, the Company will be traded with temporary
ticker code SACMT as from tomorrow, 25 February 2022. As from 28 February 2022,
the Company will be traded with the ordinary ticker code SACAM.*

Euronext Securities Oslo, the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (the
"NCSD"), did not offer depositary receipt as a registration form in its
securities register at the time of the original registration of the Norwegian
Depositary Receipts in 2018. The Norwegian Depositary Receipts were therefore,
according to Salmones Camanchaca's listing prospectus dated 24 January 2018 (the
"Prospectus"), registered in book-entry form in the NCSD under the name of a
"share". The NCSD now offer depositary receipts as a registration form in its
securities register. Registration as depositary receipt in the NCSD with the new
ISIN will reflect that DNB Bank ASA is the issuer of the Norwegian Depositary
Receipts. 

The change of ISIN will not involve any changes in the rights of the holders of
the Norwegian Depository Receipts. As set out in the Prospectus and the terms
and conditions (please see below), the holders of Norwegian Depository Receipts
must look solely DNB Bank ASA, as the issuer, for payment of dividends, the
exercise of voting rights and for all other rights arising in respect of the
underlying shares in the Company, on the basis of which the Norwegian Depository
Receipts are issued.
