Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by RAK Petroleum
plc (the "Company") on 22 August 2022 regarding the Company's plan to transfer
its DNO ASA shares and cash to shareholders.  

Cash distribution amount per share held in the Company as of the Record date:
USD 0.064 per share
Declared currency: USD. Cash distribution payable to shares registered with
Euronext VPS will be distributed in NOK.
Number of DNO ASA shares per share held in the Company as of the Record date:
1.6574*

Cash payment date: On or about 19 October 2022

As described in the stock exchange announcement released by the Company on 22
August 2022, the transaction involves a capital repayment with transfer of both
DNO ASA shares and cash.
