Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of RAK Petroleum ASA from trading on
Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II section 2.11.2 (3), Oslo Børs has on 30.
September 2022 made the following resolution:
"The shares in RAK Petroleum plc will be delisted from Oslo Børs from 21 October
2022.
The delisting is made conditional on all conditions for the commencement of the
Mandatory Voluntary Liquidation being fulfilled, as further described by the
Company in stock exchange notices published on 22 August 2022, 21 September
2022 and 30 September 2022.
Last day of listing will be 20 October 2022
