by Pyrum Innovations AG on 11 December 2025 and the cash capital increase from
authorized capital with subscription rights.

The new shares have been issued and the share capital of Pyrum Innovation AG is
EUR 4,292,664.00 divided into 4,292,664 no-par value registered shares with a
nominal value of EUR 1.00 per share. The shares are validly and legally issued
and fully paid up and each represent one vote at the general meeting of Pyrum
Innovations AG.
