exchange announcements published by Proximar Seafood AS (the "Company") on 25
January 2024 and 30 January 2024, regarding the subsequent offering of up to
12,500,000 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares"), each with a nominal
value of NOK 0.10, at a subscription price of NOK 2.00 per Offer Share (the
"Subsequent Offering"), and the Company's stock exchange announcement made on 6
February 2024, where the Company announced that it had received valid
subscriptions for, and would issue, a total of 12,500,000 Offer Shares in the
Subsequent Offering.

The share capital increase pertaining to the 12,500,000 Offer Shares has been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and the
Company's new share capital is NOK 14,217,278, divided into 142,172,780 shares,
each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
