exchange announcement by Proximar Seafood AS ("Proximar" or the "Company") on 23
February 2024 regarding the Company's fourth quarter 2023 results.

As communicated in the Q4 2023 report, Proximar has been in the process of
extending the JPY 750 million (approx. NOK 53 million) loan agreement with JAML,
with repayment date 29 March 2024. The Company is pleased to announce that the
loan today has been extended at same terms with a new maturity date set to
30.12.2025.
