Reference is made to the stock announcement published by Schibsted ASA
("Schibsted") earlier today regarding the successful closing of Blommenholm
Industrier AS' acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares (100%) in
Schibsted Media AS from Schibsted (the "Transaction"). Schibsted Media AS owns
approximately 29.45% of the issued shares and votes in Polaris Media ASA (the
"Company").

As a result of the Transaction, Blommenholm Industrier AS will increase its
indirect and direct shareholding in the Company from 1,900,000 shares to
16,331,469 shares, equal to approximately 33.32% of the shares and votes in the
Company, whereas 1,900,000 shares are held directly by Blommenholm Industrier AS
while the remaining 14,431,469 shares in the Company are held by Schibsted Media
AS.

Schibsted will not, directly or indirectly, hold any shares in the Company
following completion of the Transaction.

Blommenholm Industrier AS is a close associate of chair of the board of the
Company, Trond Berger. As the value of the shares in Schibsted Media AS, amongst
other, depend on the value of the shares in the Company, please see attached
notification forms for further details on the Transaction by the said close
associate.
