Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has today been notified that the following Primary Insider
has purchased shares in the Company on 26 May 2026.

Audhild Andersen Randa, EVP Engineering and primary insider in Pexip, has
purchased 1,075 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 76.7 per share.
After the transaction, Ms. Randa will hold 3,675 shares and rights to 150,000
shares in Pexip.
