Oslo, Norway, 29 August 2025 - Omda AS ("Omda"), the leading Nordic provider of
software for specialist healthcare and emergency services, today announced its
results for the second quarter of 2025.

Revenue for the quarter increased by 16% compared to the same period last year,
reaching NOK 121 million. EBITDA amounted to NOK 23 million, more than double
the level of Q2 2024, corresponding to a margin of 19% for the quarter and 20%
year to date. The strong margin development confirms the company's communicated
plan for improved profitability.

Recurring revenues grew 16% to NOK 96 million, representing 79% of total
revenues.

CEO Sverre Flatby commented:

"Momentum continues, with solid growth and EBITDA more than doubling compared to
the same quarter last year. The second quarter clearly underlines the direction
in which Omda is heading."

The company reiterates its full-year 2025 guidance: revenues of NOK 460-485
million and an EBITDA margin in the range of 23-27%.

"The strong first half was fully in line with our plan and guidance. No one
should be surprised if this positive development continues," Flatby concluded.
