happy to announce that UnoMeter[TM] Safeti[TM] Plus is now accepted by NHS to be
included on the national listing for England. Also Observe Medical has received
first order of UnoMeter[TM] Safeti[TM] Plus from Portugal and the journey to
create a strategic partnership with Jiangsu Hongxin Medical Technology Co., Ltd
is taking a step forward with the completion of the KYC process.

The NHS listing will make UnoMeter[TM] Safeti[TM] Plus easily available to all
public hospitals across England which represents a significant opportunity, with
now both UnoMeter[TM] Safeti[TM] Plus and UnoMeter[TM] 500 now represented on
this listing. Also Observe Medical has received first order from Portugal which
means that all products from the Convatec portfolio is now represented in
Portugal.

The Company further announces the completion of the KYC process for Jiangsu
Hongxin Medical Technology Co., Ltd ("JHMT"), which is the Company's largest
industrial partner within manufacturing and supply paving the way for the
implementation of earlier signed subscription form.

listing means that the English hospitals will have easy access to deliveries of
UnoMeter[TM] Safeti[TM] Plus and it is now up to us and our distributor C&P
Medical to capitalise on this opportunity. We are also very happy to be able to
announce that the process of creating a strategic partnership with our trusted
partner Jiangsu Hongxin Medical Technology Co., Ltd is now moving forward"
