has subscribed for 432,692 offer shares in the Company, which is subject to (i)
Tønnessen being allocated offer shares in the Rights Issue and (ii) the Rights
Issue being completed.

Soleglad Invest AS, a closely associated person of primary insider Kathrine
Gamborg Andreassen, which is a board member in the Company, has subscribed for
432,692 offer shares at a price per offer share of NOK 0.26, subject to (i)
Soleglad Invest AS being allocated these offer shares in the Rights Issue and
(ii) the Rights Issue being completed. Soleglad Invest AS holds no Subscription
Rights.
