Annual Report and ESG report for 2023.

The Board of Directors of Nykode Therapeutics ASA has approved the annual
accounts for 2023. The financial statements and annual report for the financial
year 2023 are attached in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) and as a PDF

Nykode is also utilizing its APC-targeted technology to create an inverse
vaccine platform for the potential use in autoimmune disorders, organ transplant
rejections, anti-drug antibody reactions and allergy.
