Oslo, 21 January 2026. Reference is made to the previous stock exchange notices
from Norwegian Block Exchange AS regarding the issuance of the third and fourth
Put Option Notice related to the agreement with LDA Capital Ltd. ("LDA") and the
stock exchange notice from the Company today, 21 January 2026, regarding the
registration of a share capital increase. 

Pursuant to the existing loan agreement, Observatoriet Invest AS, a close
associate of board member Bjørn Kjos, has today been redelivered 13,890,000
shares previously lent to LDA. Nye KM Aviatrix Invest AS, a close associate of
board member Anna Kjos-Mathisen, has today been redelivered 13,000,000 shares
previously lent to LDA. No interest or fees were paid for facilitating the loan.
