Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (NAS) - Grant of share options

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 6 May 2026 regarding the
annual general meeting where it was resolved to grant the board of directors an
authorisation to issue shares in connection with the incentive programs of
Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA ("Norwegian"). On 14 August 2026, the grant date,
executives were granted a total of 3,274,690 share options in Norwegian. The
following primary insiders were granted share options as follows:

Geir Karlsen, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), has been granted 1,108,807 share
options. Following the grant, Karlsen holds 4,910,014 options and 651,478 shares
in the company.

Hans-Jørgen Wibstad, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has been granted 493,850
share options. Following the grant, Wibstad holds 1,610,379 options and 94,641
shares in the company.

Henrik Fjeld, Chief Operation Officer (COO), has been granted 225,718 share
options. Following the grant, Fjeld holds 478,132 options and no shares in the
company.

Magnus Thome Maursund, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), has been granted 271,164
share options. Following the grant, Thome Maursund holds 822,267 options and
9,866 shares in the company.

Knut Olav Irgens Høeg, Chief IT & Business Services Office, has been granted
234,191 share options. Following the grant, Irgens Høeg holds 713,761 options
and 191,793 shares in the company.

Tore Kristian Jenssen, CEO Widerøe, has been granted 247,702 share options.
Following the grant, Jenssen holds 758,405 options and no shares in NAS.

Guro Halvorsen Poulsen, Chief People Officer, has been granted 224,195 share
options. Following the grant, Poulsen holds 554,752 options and 181,047 shares
in NAS.

Anne-Sissel Skånvik, Chief Communications Customer & Public Affairs Officer, has
been granted 132,385 share options. Following the grant, Skånvik holds 339,627
options and 54,736 shares in NAS.

Jeanette Theresa Bø-Alnes, Chief Performance Officer, has been granted 90,877
share options. Following the grant, Bø-Alnes holds 195,769 options and 28,482
shares in NAS.

The granted share options vest in three equal instalments on each anniversary of
the grant date, and vested options may be exercised during a seven-year exercise
period following the grant date. Each share option entitles the holder to
acquire one share at a strike price of NOK 14.85 per share. The aggregate value
received from options granted in 2026 shall not exceed four times the
participant's base annual salary in any calendar year, subject to certain
exemptions. The strike price shall be adjusted for dividends.
