Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Northern Ocean
Ltd. ("NOL") on 20 August 2024 regarding the appointment of Arne Jacobsen as new
CEO.
Mr. Jacobsen has accepted a grant of 6,500,000 options, each giving the right to
acquire one share in NOL when they vest. The share options are granted without
consideration.
The share options have a strike price of NOK 12.00.
