Wind Catching Systems AS, where North Energy ASA holds approximately 22% of the
outstanding shares, has today received notification of a project grant of NOK
1.2 billion from ENOVA to its subsidiary Wind Catching Demo AS, for the
deployment of a commercial demonstrator unit. 
 

Wind Catching Demo AS is currently applying for a license for a demonstrator
project off the coast of Øygarden, Norway based on the Windcatcher design. The
license application involves a total of four units based on the Windcatcher
design with a total installed capacity of up to 250 MW.
