Jogeir Romestrand, board member of North Energy ASA and primary insider, has
today, 4 December 2024, purchased 447,204 shares at NOK 2.6651 per share via his
fully owned company Rome AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by
Romestrand after the transaction is 1,887,204, which equals 1,59% ownership in
North Energy ASA.
