Arvid Grundekjøn, board member and primary insider in Norske Skog, has today
indirectly bought 10,000 shares in Norske Skog through Cardid AS for an average
price of NOK 59.95 per share. After the transaction, Arvid Grundekjøn holds in
Norske Skog 17,894 shares directly and 23,723 shares indirectly, in combination
41,617 shares.
