Plattsburgh, New York - 7 May 2026 - Norsk Titanium AS (Euronext Growth Oslo:
NTI, OTCQX: NORSF) and Hittech today announced an expansion of their
semiconductor collaboration, marking a key milestone in Norsk Titanium's
strategic growth beyond its core aerospace and defense markets into high-growth
industrial sectors.

By combining Norsk Titanium's proprietary Rapid Plasma Deposition® (RPD®)
technology with Hittech's precision engineering and industrialization expertise,
the companies are aligning their respective industrial platforms to create a
seamless, scalable, and commercially attractive manufacturing model. This
integrated approach is designed to maximize capacity utilization and support
accelerating demand from leading semiconductor equipment OEMs, including
advanced lithography applications, driven by the rapid adoption of artificial
intelligence, advanced computing, and global digitalization.

Marco Verloop, COO and Group Director at Hittech, commented: "This collaboration
with Norsk Titanium enables us to scale efficiently while maintaining the high
precision and quality standards required by the semiconductor industry. By
reducing process complexity and increasing throughput, and through closer
industrial integration, we are strengthening our ability to support accelerating
growth in the semiconductor market. Together, we have established a robust and
scalable production model that delivers both performance and cost advantages."

Fabrizio Ponte, CEO Norsk Titanium, added, "We have built a strong foundation
through our collaboration with Hittech over the past three years and are now
entering a new phase of growth, supported by increasing demand from leading
semiconductor equipment customers."

"AI is accelerating the need for next-generation computing infrastructure, which
in turn is driving demand across the semiconductor capital equipment supply
chain. Our deliveries are multiple-fold increasing this year and are expected to
more than double again next year. By closely integrating our industrial
platforms and selectively taking on additional production steps, we are enabling
Hittech to expand capacity while strengthening our position in the semiconductor
value chain. This partnership provides a clear blueprint for how we scale into
additional applications and markets", adds Ponte.

Norsk Titanium has successfully replaced legacy titanium forged blocks with its
proprietary RPD® technology, delivering near-net-shape preforms of large
titanium carrier trays with superior material quality to Hittech. These
components are used in highly demanding semiconductor equipment applications,
including advanced lithography systems, where precision, material integrity, and
repeatable performance are critical. This has enabled Hittech to improve
downstream manufacturing efficiency and consistency by reducing machining
requirements. As part of the expanded collaboration, Norsk Titanium and Hittech
are working together to optimize the allocation of production steps across their
operations, allowing Hittech to increase throughput while Norsk Titanium
captures additional value in the manufacturing process.

Ongoing joint development efforts continue to unlock further efficiency gains
and support higher production volumes, positioning both companies to meet
rapidly increasing semiconductor demand fueled by AI infrastructure build-out,
advanced computing, and continued global digitalization.

Norsk Titanium's expected multiple-fold increase in semiconductor business
volumes in 2026 is supported by increasing demand from leading customers in the
semiconductor equipment supply chain, particularly in advanced
lithography-related applications. The companies expect this strong growth
trajectory to continue through 2027, with volumes anticipated to more than
double again as production ramps to support expanding market requirements.

About Norsk Titanium:
Norsk Titanium is a global leader in metal 3D printing, innovating the future of
metal manufacturing by enabling a paradigm shift to a clean and sustainable
manufacturing process. With its proprietary Rapid Plasma Deposition® (RPD®)
technology and installed production capacity to generate annual revenues of
approximately USD 300 million, Norsk Titanium offers cost-efficient 3D printing
of value-added metal parts to a large addressable market. RPD® technology uses
significantly less raw material, energy, and time than traditional
energy-intensive forming methods, presenting customers with an opportunity to
better manage input costs, logistics, and environmental impact. RPD® printed
parts are already flying on commercial aircraft, and Norsk Titanium has gained
significant traction with prime defense contractors and industrial customers.
