Oslo, Norway, 21 February 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement published by Norsk Titanium AS (the "Company") on 6 February 2024
regarding the receipt of subscription rights by certain primary insiders and
close associates of primary insiders of the Company in connection with the
commencement of the subscription period for the partially underwritten rights
issue (the "Rights Issue"). Each subscription right gives the right to subscribe
for and be allocated one offer share in the Rights Issue, at the subscription
price in the Rights Issue.

Today, the Company has been informed that the following primary insiders of the
Company have exercised subscription rights in the Rights Issue as listed below:

o	28,659 subscription rights have been exercised by Carl Johnson, Chief
Executive Officer and President
o	20,000 subscription rights have been exercised by Ashar Ashary, Chief
Financial Officer
o	10,000 subscription rights have been exercised by Gail Balcerzak, Chief Legal
and People Officer
o	12,000 subscription rights have been exercised by Nicholas Mayer, Vice
President, Commercial 
o	55,289 subscription rights have been exercised by Khazeem Adesokan, Vice
President, Quality
o	16,162 subscription rights have been exercised by Anne Lene Gullen Bråten,
Director Finance
