The annual general meeting of Norsk Solar AS (NSOL) was held today on June 15
2021 at 10:00 (CEST). All items were resolved in accordance with the notice of
the Annual General Meeting.
All items on the agenda was approved in accordance with the proposal from the
board of directors.
Kari M. Campos Johansen de Fremme was elected as a new board member.
