With reference to the Annual general meeting held on April 24th, 2019, members
of the Executive Management team have today been granted a total of 194 644
share options and 55 814 performance shares in the company. The grant is part of
the three-year long-term incentive plan approved by the annual general meeting.

The share options were granted at NOK 41.0 with a strike price of NOK 45.10 and
vest over three years. The performance shares are issued conditional upon the
achievement of a certain set of objectives. The performance shares vest and will
be delivered at par value upon the completion of the performance period, which
is three years.

The following primary insiders were granted share options and performance
shares:

Svenn-Tore Larsen, CEO, received 38 163 share options and 13 436 performance
shares. Following the grant, Svenn-Tore has 1 905 400 shares, 231 313 share
options and 13 436 performance shares in the company.

Pål Elstad, CFO, received 23 641 share options and 6 402 performance shares.
Following the grant, Pål has 8 846 shares, 153 249 share options and 6 402
performance shares in the company.  

Svein-Egil Nielsen, CTO, received 28 144 share options and 7 622 performance
shares. Following the grant, Svein-Egil has 17 000 shares, 157 752 share options
and 7 622 performance shares in the company. 

Geir Langeland, Sales Director, received 24 767 share options and 6 707
performance shares. Following the grant, Geir has 177 700 shares, 154 375 share
options and 6 707 performance shares in the company. 

Ole-Fredrik Morken, COO, received 19 701 share options and 5 335 performance
shares. Following the grant, Ole Fredrik has 160 000 shares, 149 309 share
options and 5 335 performance shares in the company. 

Ebbe Rømcke, QA Director received, 15 761 share options and 4 268 performance
shares in the company. Following the grant, Ebbe has 68 900 shares, 80 303 share
options and 4 268 performance shares in the company.

Marianne Frydenlund, Legal Director, received 12 946 share options and 3 506
performance shares. Following the grant, Marianne has 2 000 shares, 17 946 share
options and 3 506 performance shares in the company.
 
Kjetil Holstad, Director Product Management, received 14 072 share options and 3
811 performance shares. Following the grant, Kjetil has 6 604 shares, 35 741
share options and 3 811 performance shares in the company.

Ståle Ytterdal, IR Director, received 17 449 share options and 4 726 performance
shares. Following the grant, Ståle has 244 000 shares, 64 955 share options and
4 726 performance shares in the company.
