We're pleased to share several key developments that mark the next chapter for
Nordic Financials, underscoring our momentum and future potential.

Following a successful rebranding to our original name, we now move forward with
an even sharper focus and identity. Our strengthened leadership team increases
our strategic capacity and agility in capturing new opportunities. Importantly,
our recent rights issue was oversubscribed, a strong vote of confidence from our
shareholders. Coupled with the successful conversion of debt, we now operate
from a debt-free position with a reinforced capital base.

Looking ahead, a new fully underwritten rights issue will be proposed at the
upcoming AGM later today, ensuring inclusive participation and supporting our
growth strategy.
