Sandvika, 27 August 2024 (OSE: NORCO): Anna Bolneset, deputy board member to
employee representatives in Norconsult ASA (the "Company"), has on 14 November
2023 purchased 7,967 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 19 per share. The
shares were purchased over the Oslo Stock Exchange. Anna Bolneset holds a total
number of 53,066 shares in the Company.
This transaction was uncovered during an internal review of share transactions,
and was not previously reported to the Company, as required by internal
policies.
