Oslo, 19 August 2025 - NEXT Biometrics Group ASA ("NEXT Biometrics" or the
"Company") has become aware of irregularities and/or potential fraud in its
China business relating to historical sales, payment terms and order processes.
As a result, the Company has prepared a preliminary restated NEXT Biometrics
consolidated condensed income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
for the group for 2024. The restatements have a total negative equity effect of
NOK 8.9 million for the 2024 financial year. Please refer to the attached
