Mercell: Revision of Annual General Meeting date to 19 May 2022
Oslo, 7 April, 2022: Mercell Holding ASA hereby gives notice that the Annual
General Meeting will be moved from the previously announced 11 May to 19 May
2022 at 17:00 hours CEST. The date has been postponed for administrative and
practical reasons. The meeting will be held virtually and made accessible
online.

meeting, appendices including proxy forms, and the link to participate.
