Oslo, March 22nd 2022: Following today's stock exchange announcement about
changes in the organisation, Mercell wishes to underline that it reiterates both
its guidance for improved earnings and its expectations for a positive net cash
flow after investments and debth servicing in 2022. The company also states that
the company sees an improving liquidity position and reiterates that the
business is fully funded. 

- The announced changes to the management team are not in any way related to any
changes in our current performance or in our business outlook. We are confident
in our financial position and in the earnings improvements, we see both in the
short- and long-term, says CEO Terje Wibe.

Mercell has stated that it expects continued revenue growth and improved EBITDA
from 2021 to 2022, and a long-term EBITDA level above 40%. The company has also
stated that it expects a positive cash flow after investments and debth
servicing in 2022, with strengthening cash flow from operations and a lower
investment level.

Mercell has grown into a much larger and more international company than we were
only a few years back, and the integration and management of this company
requires other competencies and capabilities. We are therefore glad to welcome
two really experienced new interim colleagues in Erik Hokholt as CFO and Werner
Risberg as CCO, they will clearly strengthen our management team in an exciting
growth phase for the company, adds Wibe.
