The Board of Powerpool Mining SL, a 66.65% owned subsidiary of Lokotech Group
AS, convened today and approved the distribution of a first interim dividend of
EUR100,000 gross.

This decision reflects confidence in the company's ongoing growth initiatives
for 2025, which include:

-Strategic marketing investments
-Participation in key industry trade fairs
-Further advancement of core mining technology

As of this announcement, Powerpool Mining SL maintains a cash balance of
approximately EUR200,000.

Meanwhile, the SOC certification process remains on track and is expected to be
completed within Q1 2025, as previously communicated. This certification is
essential for securing enterprise-level clients, particularly in the U.S.
market.
