Ruben Gomez has sold 300,000 shares in Lokotech Group AS (OSE: LOKO) at an
average price of NOK 0.8191 per share. The transactions were completed on 30th
of December 2025.

The sale was carried out to cover personal tax obligations arising in Spain for
the 2025 tax year.

Following the transaction, Ruben Gomez Morales, Project Lead of Lokotech Group
AS, holds a total of 3,016,843 shares in the company.
