Oslo, 16 July 2026 - Ruben Gomez Morales, CPO of Lokotech Group AS (Euronext
Growth Oslo: LOKO), on the 15th of July 2026, sold 1,200,000 shares in Lokotech
Group AS at an average price of NOK 0.7631 per share, for a total consideration
of NOK 915,720. The transaction was carried out on Euronext Growth Oslo.
The sale was carried out for personal tax planning purposes in Spain and in
preparation for a future exercise of share options under the company's share
option scheme.
Following the transaction, Ruben Gomez Morales holds a total of 1,816,843 shares
in Lokotech Group AS.
