As a consequence of the Lavo.tv AS being delisted from Merkur Markets, the
company is now in breach with the terms in the loan agreement entered into with
European High Growth Fund (‘EHGO’) on 29 June 2020. The Company is considering
all options at the moment, including filing for bankruptcy.
